Xbox 360 Slim UK Plug Fuse

Post by Steve »

I recently bought an import 360 Slim and have been running it with a step down.
I've now got a UK Slim PSU but it didn't come with a mains lead.
I going to buy an IEC C17 UK plug lead but I was wondering what size fuse (amps) do Microsoft supply the UK mains lead with ?

Would appreciate if anybody has a UK 360 Slim and could check their plug fuse size.

Thanks,
Steve.

Says 10A on my fuse. Didn't know you could even get 10A fuses.

Thanks for the reply.
I assumed it would be 3A or 5A.

My import mains lead has no plug top fuse (obviously).
Does 10A not seem a lot ?
The PSU is rated at 135W.
The maximum current should be 135W / 230V = 0.6A ?
It might make more sense when I get the UK PSU and read the back.
The 10A fuse at least matches the maximum current rating for an IEC mains lead.
