I'm using a Dell U2311H at this very moment! The U2311H has a 8 to 10 millisecond input delay (around 36 milliseconds for U2410 IIRC), and is completely "tateable" - even the OSD can be changed for tate! The U2311H appears to be compatible with every mode/function of the XRGB-3 (B0 @ 1080p and B1). So, XRGB-3 + U2311H seems to be the best combo ATM! ;) The U2311H uses a eIPS panel, so it's kinda like a TN/IPS hybrid of sorts... for better or worse! ;) I have not noticed any trace of dithering, which is exhibited on all TN panels due to low native bit depth. This is great for games... no additional distractions for the eyes!

According to reviews the 2410 has a gamemode which brings it's delay down to an average of 14 point something ms. Still not as fast as the 23" Dell (which is 16:9 though), but still fast enough for playing. If you want a faster 16:10 panel, the HP ZR24w seems to the choice. Overall the manufacturers finally start get the idea that some buyers appreciate screens with low inputs lag....

Wow... the current market price for Ibara is tarded to say the least... eBay gougers FTW!

Hopefully Cave will re-release this game soon to provide some parity. It took how long for Deathsmiles? ;)

The U2311H was a steal back when you could get a 20% off coupon just for signing up for an email list. Not sure if that deal is still on.

I'm using one myself, but I have yet to try it with anything other than my PC.

HP LP2475w : HP ZR24w = 25ms average lag : 10ms average lag.

The 2475 is a great display, but it's from 2008 already and this was the time when all the manufacturers neglected the input lag for better response times. The 2475 is likely the better monitor in terms of color reproduction, but the ZR24w is the better gaming display.

I'm using a HP LP2475w right now and like Fudoh said, it's a great display, wonderful colors, but there's a good 2 frame lag that may or may not ruin your gaming experience. Personally I'm fine with it because I can resort to my CRT for "serious" play-sessions.

Here's a third option to consider: The price on that U2410 seems pretty outrageous but then again I don't need 110% gamut; I'd rather get the Planar PX2611W instead - it only promises 92% gamut instead of the 110% gamut there, but it's damn accurate and also considerably less expensive ($200 or less). I find the Planar more than adequate for serious photo editing. I've posted about the input lag here before. The only place it likely falls behind is in response time; there's a bit of ghosting (at 12ms, apparently there is a 5ms option but I've not seen it) and it's noticeable - but I've played a lot of FPSes from all generations (Heretic, Quake, new stuff) and it doesn't bother me.

There's no rotation hardware but the OSD gives a lot of great options for resizing images - 1-to-1 pixel mapping (doesn't work correctly on the Windows XP boot screen, but does on everything else I've tried), full-screen pillarboxed, and stretched fullscreen, plus there are options for setting blur amount when stretching, from 0% (sharp pixels) to blurry. The panel also reportedly does bad with 1080 sources; I saw this when my graphics adapter was set to 1920x1080 but I didn't try using a non-stretched mode, so I can't say for sure it's going to suck with 1080p sources. What I saw wasn't good though.

That HP panel looks decent though I don't see anything there on input delay. It definitely wins on price though (if bought at the B&H Photo & Video price, which is cheaper in dollars than the U2410 is in pounds!).
