I really want to upload a few things to youtube but don't know the best and cheapest way to do so. don't want to just hold up the camera to the tv since the quality would just be bad, even though that would be the cheapest and easiest. I've looked at capture cards and dvd recorders, but i figured i'd ask the people who are actually going to be watching the replays. I will be recording from console, not pc if you haven't already gathered.
really want to share my 94mil in RFJ's score attack with you guys since it expired on the leaderboards, along with almost everything else.
what's the easiest way to record your own replays?

I go through a VCR when I do NES replays.
Re: what's the easiest way to record your own replays?
You might consider one of these. It won't record in HD and the sound might become asynchronous though, but it's quite cheap.

I jumped on the dazzle band wagon. have some issues with the audio going out of sync real bad sometimes after a few minutes of recording. i tried adjusting the settings and it got a little better. still not sure how to completely solve the problem.

i think it came out alright. it took several tries to get lucky with the dropped frame count not randomly sky rocketing to triple digits towards the end
