abschüssig - 1,814,277,000 - Stage 4 - EHH - 87

Only got to the first form of stage 4 boss in this run and the timing was completely messed up there.

Thank you !
You'd better wait for Plasmo than for me, he's playing it again.
I doubt that I can get much further than this, let alone reach your score.
But I just made another run and got the x90 multiplier for the first time :D

Just made it no miss to stage 4 boss, the run was pretty much perfect score-wise including x90 multiplier...and then...of course totally screwed everything up there.
Reached the TLB anyway and almost reached my old score, but this was really a pity :(

Yesterday I made my best stage 1 score so far:
438,338,000

 Maybe the best in world!!!!!!!
How you did this?
Say me your problens in stage 4 boss then I will can guide you. This boss can be totaly dominated. Even that part in fist life bar where I bomb in replay have one safe spot. I did not use it because of risk but I will use it in next future when you beat me.
Keep on.

 Maybe the best in world!!!!!!!
I don't think so.
I guess that at least 445 millions are possible.
I usually have 435 millions in stage 1, but even for this I have to be lucky and play pretty risky.
My strategies are very similar to yours, I just improve a few details slightly here and there (and play more risky, that's why in most of my runs, I die in stage 1 and restart. I really should not do this, since even the slightest mistake in stage 4 affects the score so much more that these 20-30 millions more in stage 1 are meaningless).
These are my best scores of the individual stage 1 parts:

64 millions at the junction (easy/hard path).
256 before the boss.
358 after the first form.
415 after the second form.
Even that part in fist life bar where I bomb in replay have one safe spot.
Really ? Where ?
This pattern (the green one) and the one right after it are the hardest ones for me of this boss.
I will use it in next future when you beat me.

abschüssig - 2,185,878,000 - Stage 5 - EHH - 90

Unbelievable, I just did the same thing again (no miss to stage 4 boss, screwed it up there)
Whenever I reach that boss in a good run, I make mistakes that never happen otherwise.
I even died at the TLB with 2 bombs in stock...
Too nervous, I guess.
Oh how I wish there was a practice mode for stage 4 boss !
At least the run was good enough to improve my previous score (and multiplier) a little bit.

A practice mode is what this game really needed to reach perfection. :(
Playing it over and over and screwin' up in the 4th stage can be frustrating...

If you can do 435 mil in stage 1 and die don't restart please. 20-30 is too much points.
What is your multiplier in 435 mil stage 1?
This pattern (the green one)
I had it recorded, I will try record this again later.
To one right after the green one just copy and past my replay all my positions are safe.

Seriously this score is insanity, you need replay this.
While for my last post: I had um replay of me using the safe spot in green pattern of boss 4, but i lose this and others replay when notebook fucked any weeks ago. Indeed I lose around 8GB of Homura material in this incident. To the pattern after the green one you can use my tactics done in replay.
Playing it over and over and screwin' up in the 4th stage can be frustrating...

This run went pretty well, I think I even did not die once accidentally at both forms of stage 4 boss.
That's incredible for me considering what I usually do there
I had a little over 1 billion before stage 3 boss, and a little under 1.9 billion before stage 4 boss.
But hey, I just HAD to screw up somewhere, and this time it was the TLB, of course.
Lost all three lives I had left on some of his easiest patterns
Seriously this score is insanity
No, I'm sure you can easily do this as well.
I made several runs with 438 millions, and if I can do it, it can't be very difficult.
Remember, I played stage 1 over and over because I often restart after dying in stage 1.
you need replay this.
I don't have a recording device and no idea how to do it.

Wow, one time you manage last bosses you will kick my ass. I am very fearful and excited about this.
No, I'm sure you can easily do this as well.

My max score in stage 1 was 425 and 13 is one great difference. only for note I did x59 in this stage.
Now I am curious: can you do X66 consistently in stage 2?

Go on!

Thank you two for the kind words.
However, I can't keep the level I have in some parts of the game throughout the whole thing.
I always screw up somewhere, that's why I think I cannot reach your score, third_strike.

I never did x66 in stage 2, but pretty much always do x65.
In stage 3, my highest multiplier is x43.

Who cares about how many times you screw up? In the end you just need one run.
Why you cares and get nervous while doing scores that yourself will beat later? If you did it (1.9 billion before stage 4 boss) one time you can do it (1.9 billion before stage 4 boss) again, again, again... even better

2 of my stupids philosophy to you.

New stage 1 score again:

I had 1.1 billion at the beginning of stage 4, the rest of the run was not so nice...

Had 1.110 billions at the beginning of stage 4, and then...as usual.

You need replay this. Say me what parts have you improve? Tthis kind of improvement seems hard without a new multiplier.

Still no recording device
Still x58 multiplier.

I have recorded a 440 millions stage 1 run with my videocamera (low quality with flickering).
Upload coming as soon as my computer does what I want it to...

Too bad I didn't record this one:
442,830,000
