emulators AVGA or soft15khz running a 480p game in 15k mode

hiya SHMUPS scene , i was wondering if i played a 640x480p game on a 15k Arcade Monitor would i get nasty glitches on screen ?........or would it just convert down to a 480i image fine ?

Im talking about emulators and a ArcadeVGA or soft15khz running a 480p game on a 15k Monitor..........

I believe with an ArcVGA or Soft15khz, you can run you PC at 640x480i 15khz. whatever emulator/software you run will just think it is at 640x480. Your video card will do the work of interlacing the video.
