Lethal enforcers 2 pcb resetting

My lethal enforecrs 2 pcb keeps resetting,when i turn the machine on it goes to the rom check and says the rom name's but does not check them and them the pcb resets and just goes on doing this again and again
CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Shame, I wrote a great article on the Konami GX and its in the Arcade Otaku wiki, I'll bet that holding the test switch while powering the board on would've fixed your problem.

Oh well.

I had already tryed holding the test button down and powering the machine up and it did not work so its a good job you did not make a bet
