Need to know what command to type in to play otoko dama

Any help at all would be great i tryed type in run but that is not the command.

Do you get to start the dshell config?(the one with the green bg and different options)
If you just want to start the game you can doubleclick on the circle to the left of　遊ぶ（10MHz機用）. Or you can also try the option under that one which is supposedly to work better on faster machines.
