did dragonblaze for ps2 come out in north america?

i see box mock ups and such but have nt found it for sale any ideas if and where i can get it?

No. It was never released in North America.

From what I know, none of the PS2 ports of Psikyo games got released in the US (and in Europe you had to be well informed to even know they got released). PAL editions have 60 Hz option, so you can play them on an NTSC-only telly.

Sort of on-topic, anyone willing to post directions for how to set 60hz mode on the pal dragonblaze if you cant see the image (e.g. press right once, circle, blah blah)
