What's up shmuppers! Used to be a time I posted here every day - it has been awhile
I am here to mention that after my years working in the console game industry, I've struck out on my own with a programmer friend. We just released our second iPhone game, as a 2-man crew - today (only) there's a special promotion and you can grab it FREE. Do us a favor and check it out, and pass on the word if you enjoy it. I hate spamming a forum (so don't do it! - ed.) but honestly, we are a tiny little dev and we are sitting on something very special - and we are actually cracking the charts for real!
The game is called 180, it's a mashup of games like Tetris Attack and Bust-a-Move in many ways - but is very much it's own game. Simple enough for your grandma, but hardcore enough to make you cry, a lot.
