Help me find a home to a mysterious note from CAVE

I was reorganizing my stuff earlier today when I found this little note behind my PS2 games:





The only thing I understand is the email adress to CAVE and the date mentioned. As it says 2005 I'm guessing it's not from any of the 360 titles. But I have no idea wheter it's from a soundtrack or a game. I know this sounds like meaningless thing to bother about, but I'm supposed to be working so everything strikes me as intresting at the moment.
