Amazon has some crazy subs for XBox, PS3, PC, Nintendo mags

Amazon has some crazy discount on right now on some mags: Official XBox w/ DVD, Playstation Magazine, PC Gamer and Nintendo Power. Link is here

$5 for 12 issues of any of those mags, goes till June 5th I think. From what I hear once your sub is active in your Amazon account you can tack on as many renewals as you want at $5 (so you could get 5 years of Nintendo power for $25). Supposedly works for Canada as well, you just need to order it to a US address, then switch to your real address once it's active (takes a few days to process). You may lose an issue, but it's still a pretty decent deal. Posted in the trade forum looking for an address to use but figured it was worth its own post for the deal itself.

I haven't seen the need to have a physical magazine subscription (or newspaper, for that matter) in years. The internet is perfectly sufficient and free for all news.

Yeah, it generally is but just like TV or Newspapers sometimes it's nice to deal with a "push" source. That and I just feel weird bringing a laptop into the bathroom
