How i can connect a Pana Tiwn Super Gun to a PCB?

Hi
i´m new with super guns
i have here a like new one to use my temporally pcbs to change batterys on cps2

but i don´t know how i can connect this to a capcom or another pcb game

in the ionstructions all are in japanese and i don´t want to damage the boards with the 5v 12v etc

its only put a pcb with the cabbles and turn on the pana twin? or i must change the range of +5 -5 +12
