Price arcade originally paid for New Astro City cabs?

I was just curious about what the suggested retail price a arcade shop owner had to pay for a New Astro City cabinet when they were first released by Sega in 1995 :?: .

I think Egret 3's from Taito were in the $3000 area. I'd say $2000-$2200 at a wild guess.
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.
