A Ghost Returns...

Post by TWITCHDOCTOR »

Well, its certainly been a long while!( almost forgot my friggin password!!!) I just returned briefly to say hello to some old friends as well as fans.

Where should I start, then? I'm still a "character", and still a gamer, although I'm not the "Die Hard Shooter" fan I once was.(TATE or die bitch!...LOL) I haven't played a shmup in a long time. It seems I'm more into collecting than playing. I've recently been on a Wii binge, the Nintendo Wii is pretty cool. Its different, thats why I like it.
I've also have accumulated lots of handheld stuff( 2 DS Lites and a PSP) at least 20 to 30 titles for each.

Personal life...its ok, its there. MUCH room for improvement!
Still working at the local University. (Work is full time with benifits.)
1968 Chevelle SS Clone... Well, new $1200 heads and a "lumpy" cam. Maybe good for 450HP at least. 3.73 gears coming soon!!! :D We'll see, gotta rebuild that Holley Double Pumper. (I suck at that, so I'll have a friend help out...alot!)
I wanna do more stuff with Vodkatron, but I've been too busy/lazy...sorry Nate.
Just celebrated my 40th B-Day(May 7th)...damn I'm getting old! Still always the youth I always was/will-be. However, I refuse to keep tract of the years any longer, as I'll always be 25!!!
I feel a little older, but I refuse to believe it.

You can view some recent car related/stupid drunk(too many beers) at my friends myspace account if you want to. Go to myspace.com and search for "john72chevy". Nope, I'm not john72, thats my best friend. He's a WAY better mechanic than me, and also like the younger brother that I never had. Hey...because of me, he loves Bomberman, as well as other "party classics"... like Warlords! 4 players beeyatch! 8)

Anyhow, I gotta go for now, hope everythings cool with everone. See ya 'round.

Oh, and if you hate me, I'll drink a few dozen beers and kick yer ass... I did 1CC Dodonpachi  (first loop only) I'm not a fucking retard genius y'know.

Bye for now...see ya, take it easy.

I count this as the third time you've done this. Not that anyone is counting.

Hope the oil spill hasn't reached your home!

Ahh ...the third time I've done what?(I'm taking offense here, sorry if I misread your post) I mean, some people do have lives outside of the internet you know.
If you can honestly sit there and count my so called...whatevers, that makes you look pretty sad indeed. (at least ten years worth of posts?)
I've always contributed as mush as I could to this site...probably been here much longer that you have been.
Fuck it, you called out my faults, I guess you win then.

I need to achieve 'retard genius' status so I can do some of that loop 255 shit.

Popped in to say whaddup out of the blue.

Had no clue.

My three year old can count to three. Does that make him look sad?

And nobody is saying you haven't. Chill. It was an observation. I know you're from Texas and all but you should relax. I wasn't faulting you.

Our frothing demand for more Twitchdoctor increases! :D

Well, I'm glad to here that you've got steady work. I remember in days gone by it seemed you felt pretty trapped and going nowhere. Still seeing that same gal you mentioned last time? With that oil spill over by FL, I'm not sure how much longer you'll be able to afford driving a streetrod!

To GaijinPunch:
Its ok, I'm chilled as you suggested. I just didn't know what you meant. Perhaps you were too vague?
Oh, I live in Texas, you are correct, but I'm from Chicago Ill. I personally don't care much for Texas...at least south Tx, as it sucks, due to the fact that its cursed land.

At Undamned:
Yea, I'm still with Helen, but I'm deeply considering dating some other women I've been eyeing.
We seem to have too many issues, and the result is bickering/arguing mostly. The issues aren't really that bad, but they build up into a giant mess at times. I wont go into it because the list would be too long, plus, I don't want to dump my relationship problems here. :)

The last game I've played/beat?
Sega All Stars Racing for the Wii. Using the classic controller of course!
What are some thoughts from you guys regarding some of the Wii download games? Stuff like Lords of Thunder? I still have the original Lords, but was wondering how it plays on the Wii.

Oh yea...please don't take me serious about my closing comments about kicking ass, that bit was simply joking around, which I tried to convey using those "smileys" :) I did beat the 1st loop DoDon twice though.

Frothing demand? Man, I actually forgot about that one! Are the pics still around? Again, my sense of humor at its finest.

I've run out of things to say at the moment, so I guess this concudes this post. Have a nice week!

Yep -- I'm from Texas... and that's probably why I don't live there now. I like Austin, but the rest... too fucking big. Way too fucking big. I dated a gal from Corpus (Portland, actually). And they were always going on about how bad it sucked.

Disclaimer: Yes, I realize Tokyo is huge, but I am very capable of never leaving a 7k radius for weeks on end!

Texas (Austin in particular) is a place on Earth I'd like to visit one of these days. All those films and McMurtry's books make it seem pretty fantastic.
