Any Forum goers living in Florida? Good luck with the hurricane. Seriously, just be safe out there, where ever you are. And may the force be with you.

Who here has experience selling games on E-bay? Particularly Megadrive/Genesis game? The reason why I ask, is because I have some sports game on the Gen I wanna sell. Could you do trades? (The games are mostly good condition. I have a list I could post here.) How much can I expect for them? and How should I sell them, Individual or in groups?
I apologize for asking some many question...I've never sold anything on the net and the reason why I ask, is because at times you all talk about E-bay sales.

Hi!

Ebay is mostly a sales market. People come there to auction off their goods or sell them at set prices. It's not a place to directly trade your stuff.
As for the Genesis/Megadrive games. You said they were sports games right!? All I can tell you that in general (of course there's the odd exception) sports games are now worth zero to nothing. For most of them (even complete and mint) you'll only get a few bucks (if at all). These titles are mostly very common and mass produced so there are a lot copies on offer (this ofcourse makes for low prices, especially since demand for these older sports titles isn't great. But again I do not know which title(s) you are thinking about selling so you might just as well have a super game in your hands.

Selling games individually instead of groups usually get's you more money per game. But again exceptions confirm the rule.

PS. I wish all the Florida shmuppers (and others of course) best of luck with the menace.

If you're selling sports games, you'll probably want to sell as a lot and then expect about $.50 in return, which won't cover the ebay fees. Or you could give them to your neighbor or throw them away. Genesis games, even the great lesser known ones that aren't sports, are rarely worth much of anything. For example, I've purchased both Elemental Master and Wings of Wor SEALED for $3-5 on eBay.

Game trading zone (website, Google it) or whatever it's called sounds like a place you want to visit if you want to do trades.

You'd probably get about $1 - $2 for the whole lot on eBay.
