Shmups IRC issues

Anyone have occasional issues connecting to the Shmups IRC channel? I have been able to connect a couple times in the past week, but most of the time I get disconnected right after connecting. I can connect to other channels and IRC servers just fine.

Most of EFnet servers are being a bitch. So it's best to connect to irc.efnet.nl
