Unknown Mickey Rourke film...

I remember watching on TV a film back in 1994 with Mickey Rourke (My guess is that it was released a lot earlier), where he and his gang are being chased (by the police I think) and are eventually hunted down at a forest with a stream and they’re all shot and killed.

Does anybody know the title of this film?

There is the 1995 released "Fall Time" movie with Mickey Rourke set in the 1950s being chased by law enforcement with Sherly Lee and Jason London having a go at it in one key scene.
