Yeah, I really am pretty concerned about reviews, to be honest...
So far reception of the news has been really good though.
I'm going to stay optimistic for now and hope for the best.

A minor question, as the screen ratio is 4x3 will you be including some wallpaper options? What about 'tate options?

Why would there be any? Hitogata doesn't run in a 3:4 aspect ratio... it's closer to 1:1. There's no reason for a tate option.

May 18th appears to be the release date for the PC localisation, right? Definitely count me in for that one. And perhaps I'll get Suguri at the same time... Been looking at the series with increasing interest.

count me in aswell. I think its freaking cool that someone is localising doujins for the west and putting them on the net to DL cheaply. Im looking forward to what doujins Rockin Android will bring over next as considering how long its been going there isnt too many games localised atm. Fingers crossed on doujins that are text heavy and not worth playing without a translation, eg RPGs, ARPGs or SRPGs like Meikyuu Wakusei desParaiso or Corpse Blood Party

Yay Gundemonium! I liked the art style and sought out legit copies of both of 'em. Fun games. Glad to see more people will get to play them - plus hopefully this will keep the people who refused to believe that overseas doujin releases could be legit to finally cave in.

Sara, I appreciate the news I'm reading there but the person who wrote it really had an untimely and terrible, terrible opening paragraph.

There was a time when Japanese-developed side-scrolling shooters were commonplace, but these days, the traditionally hardcore genre is more of a nostalgic novelty for gamers with a masochistic streak.

Again with the masochist thing... That's a flat out Storm Causer (Darius pun intended).

As for future titles... I'm not quite sure yet, time will tell, but I kind of have an idea of what might be the future games. Although I always prefer to be pleasantly surprised, heh.

If this collection does well on the PSN i can expect to see more doujins heading to the mainstream consoles. This makes the most sence as the better quality doujins should stand out from the rest of the compitition.

Ive always thought that the doujin games are a untapped resource and any western publisher who can bring the quality titles to PSN or XBLA or the Wii should do quite well and actually make some decent cash for the doujin circles who made them. Which if some of the circles found out they could make abit of cash from doujins might sper them on to making even more games of better quality.

I would guess that publishers have already approached ZUN about bringing touhou to the consoles and hes turned them down. But just imagine touhou coming to XBLA or PSN! If they brought out the fighters and all the other touhou fangames XBLA or PSN could become a mini comiket with everyone going doujin / touhou mad.

I bet theres more then one person reading this hoping such athing will never happen

Indie game studio Rockin’ Android will be rescheduling both the CD-Rom and digital download release of GUNDEMONIUM Collection from May 18th, 2010 to June 1st, 2010.

Nope. We never announced the exact PSN release date, people just assumed.
Besides, the PC version was pushed back slightly, that should be a hint that we're not on that schedule.
