RIP Guru of Gangstarr

Post by Never_Scurred »

All my hip hop heads know.....
You will be missed, bruh.
I remember bumpin' that Daily Operation and Hard to Earn all through highschool.
Hell, their music was one of my inspirations to start deejaying, collecting records, and producing.
Damn, this sucks.
Too bad him and Premier couldn't patch things up before he passed. Fuck superproducer Solaar ol' moist ass, manipulative ass nigga for not letting Guru's family or associates see him in the hospital and convincing Guru to throw Preemo, the man he made CLASSICS with for 20 years, UNDER THE FUCKIN BUS. Ol' HIV cocktail ass nigga.

Is this due to illness over a long time? I didn't know about that at all. A sad day indeed.

It was the "it's a sad day" that made you understand it wasn't the "MAME Guru"? 8)

Word, I have a bunch of 12 inch singles from the Jazzmatazz series; well worth owning. And reading the story regarding Solar not allowing his family to see him is damned depressing.
