My Galuda II that shipped on Feb 25th finally arrived today - well, at the local post office at least.

I ran the import duty gauntlet and lost this time so now I just need to pay the £8 duty + £8 handling fee.

Exactly the same here, and exactly the same fucking sentiments. Second time this week too. Paid £28 to release an item worth £50 on Wednesday (which was marked as a gift). Slags. :x

 it's deeply upsetting to open this thread expecting exciting pre-order update news and/or 'region free crap' revelations and find this kind of nonsense

Well if you are seriously getting your important shmup news from this thread then you have bigger problems than your lacking sense of humor. Deeply upsetting.. seriously? The entire point of this thread was to get all the nonsense out of the important threads.

Hey Guys

Not sure if any of you realize this but I just noticed that NCSX adds in a surcharge if you use Paypal to pay. I've always thought it was some other charge but then realized recently that this surcharge was an extra charge added on when using Paypal.

I've accumulated so far about 24.00$USD for just using Paypal alone on NCSX.

So just a heads up for those who use Paypal if you have a credit card use that instead :)

I know I could have bought another game with that amount.
Shame I realized so late.

Standard and regular limited editions to follow once they get confirmation of stock.
Question...

What does the telphone card have on it?
Is it a phone card or does it have DLC for the game on it.

I pre-ordered DeathSmiles II from play-asia.
No mention of a Telephone card.

Telephone cards are just like they sound - they're calling cards you can use to pre-pay for telephone calls in Japan. They have absolutely no practical value outside Japan, but they tend to have cute artwork that is otherwise unavailable.

Telephone cards can be a particularly rare bonus; in this case, they're only available when ordering directly from Cave's online store. Play-Asia and NCS prefer to source their copies from standard retail operations rather than paying the markup to proxy first-party orders.

Same here! 16 bloody pounds :x It seems that the halcyon days of PA's cheapest packages slipping under the noses of UK customs are dead and gone. So VGI all the way from now on :D I just hope it arrives tomorrow :(

Thanks.

I didn't want to miss out on any dlc for the game.

I'm not flag waving or anything, but after Play Asia's mucking around with Futari, I'll never order from them again unless I have to. If you're in the UK/Europe it's a no brainer to go with VGI. I got ESP II on the saturday following it's release date.

Wise words. I just had a lot of work this time around, and didn't particularly mind waiting three years for the package to materialise in my porch. The tax shits on any notion of Play Asia being 'cheap' any more.

Thanks, I placed a pre-order with Amazon. I have a suspicion I could find the game locally on release. Oh well. I couldn't find either of the Raiden titles at Gamestop so I don't have much faith in finding it there. We have another local game store that does better at stocking obscure games. It will probably sit in the display case for months like the other LEs they still have.

No, that's for the US Deathsmiles LE, not the Deathsmiles II X LE.

Question about the Death Smiles LE soundtrack going to be released in North America. The 15 tracks that come with it, is it the same as the Japanese soundtrack that comes with JP Death Smiles Limited Edition?
