Here is a Game Tengoku pcb I just got, Jaleco's response to Konami's Parodius series:

Great/crazy levels and bosses, and you can play as Formation Z. Good times.

What's the weight and dimension for Jaleco Mega System mobo and its cartridge respectively? Planning to get one for myself but worried the shipping would cost more than the actual item

It isn't too bad dimensions wise. The motherboard with "cart" installed is about the size of an average A/B board setup (think CPS1). It's a tad heavy, though less heavy than a CPS2 A/B set.

The Irem PCB I've always wanted is Air Assualt AKA Fire Barrel, just because I like the Irem does Raiden concept.

Air Duel too. That would be a nice one to have. I don't think either are expensive, but you never see them for sale!

Hopefully (or no doubt) you'll do better with Truxton than I did, Dragoforce. That was a sweet looking game, but it didn't take too long before I hit a wall and couldn't seem to make any more progress.

Air Raid (Seibu)





A very interesting little game. Not emulated properly in mame, basically unplayable. It's an earlier game by Seibu Kaihatsu, the makers of Raiden. While crude by comparison, the roots of Raiden can be seen pretty clearly in the gameplay and enemies. I'll be posting up a longer thread about this pcb soon.

I'm new to the PCB scene and not sure how to store them neat and tidily when not using them. Can you guys share some pics of your PCB storage for ideas? Thanks

Unused pizza boxes + anti-static bags + a large shelf to put them in upright (vertically). Works for single and double layered PCBs

This is exactly what I do too, although I use slightly larger boxes and often put 2 boards in. No issues there as long as they're still on their side.

Because a lot of older boards, particularly double layer stuff (see R-Type for example board!), can sag and flex under their own weight. Vertically there is less risk of this being a problem.

My most recent shmuppy buy was Ibara which i got from Legend for a bit shy of £200 with original box but no arts.

Good game, amusingly difficult though.

Oh, and I love the first page on Fujita at the mo - Blaz Blue Continuum *Shit*.

I store mine in one of my wardrobes:



It takes a little space, but wrapped in anti-static and with the door closed they are protected against everything imaginable. Easy acces too.

I've got some older boards that are really sagged out bad, so I do store them vertically just to be safe. My Double Dragon and Breywood boards are really bowed out. Personally I was using USPS Priority Mail boxes to store them in for a long time until I got sick of the floor having rows and rows of the boxes. I have some shelving units and large boxes with PCB's in there as well. Smaller stuff like some Cave boards, I just have in smaller boxes since those aren't really giant heavy PCB's.
