CPS 3 problem

I have received a CPS3 mobo with SF3 3rd Strike cart and CD-Rom. When everything is set together my supergun doesn't give out any video signal, CD Rom spinning. I don't have a kick harness for it but I believe something should have shown since it's JAMMA



Could it be the CD Rom problem?



If I take the cart out the the video signal becomes like this

The kick harness makes no difference on CPS3 It will boot and run fine but no kicks. Are you sure it is not a suicide problem?

I'm afraid that cart is a dead as a doornail. I have a New Generation that has that same screen except pink.

if someone could figure out how to phoenix cps3 stuff they would make a crapload of money reviving carts. i want a third strike setup so bad but i wont go near one cause of shit like this.

They wouldn't make much money after they get sued by Capcom. There's a good reason Razoola charges next to nothing for CPS2 phoenixes...
