Are there any free engines that compile the games for PSP?
Actually, this is my question. I'm aware of the adventure game creator that is able to compile the games for both PC and PSP, but it's obvoius that a shmup cannot be created there So I'm totally sure that they are shmup (or 2D games in general) creation apps that can export EBOOT.PBP's, but as always, Google didn't help me
In an alternate universal, Soldier Blade II has already been crafted by Hudson Soft and Compile with proper tate this time around (c) PC Engine Fan X!
Sega tried and failed. Nintendo didn't even try. (c) Specineff
