Saturn emulation requires more powerful CPU than Dreamcast emulation. PSX emulation is in entirely different league. If Saturn games are playable on your computer, and yet you have problems with ePSXe, you're doing it all wrong.

yeah, which is easy because its fiddly to set up, and you need to use the right combination of plug ins for your machine.

I'm still sadI sold my grey JP Saturn for a lousy 40 bucks when I needed some fast cash. I still have my pretty white one I got from GaijinPunch a while back. So pretty...

Yeah, mine is a model 2 also.

Need to sort out my RGB cable for when I'm running it on it's own power board instead of the one from my model 2 PAL console.

Saturn RGB on a CRT is fantastic.

Get a new PC. Nothing short of a miracle from God will make your machine run SSF smoothly. I have Core 2 Quad and 4 gigs memory. Runs like a charm .

wat
Just run PSX then. No plugins to set up, works reasonably well on most machines.

Also, @Drum: yuup. A Pentium D totally isn't going to work too well for Saturn emulation. Even with a clockspeed like that.
Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

Damnit. Oh well, next upgrade I suppose. If I start saving now by the time I've got enough I'll be able to buy a machine that can emulate Xbox 1080 games lag-free.
