Got an XBOX for £30

Post by theevilfunkster »

Just took delivery of an XBOX which I got for £30, Top condition with a DVD remote, Samsung drive and a high definition scart. Now considering they retail for £100 new and £85 pre-owned here, I think I got quite a nice deal.

I got it off a friend of a friend who was in desperate need of some cash. I also got a Dreamcast with an ass load of games super cheap off another mate a few months ago when he was strapped for cash.

Now, what do you think, is it wrong to take advantage of those with money troubles? Or should I wait til my mates desperate for money again and try and get his PS2 on the cheap?

You realise that as you write, your mate with the Neo Geo is erasing your name from his mobile phone and locking the door! :D

heh phone the guy with the Neo-Geo now

I'd say just try and get it all onthe cheap,Think of it was they need money urgently and your giving them that

so in-turn your helping them out

repeat after me

I bet you haggeled for £20 first :D

I'd love an xbox for £30, I think I'll be buying an xbox 360 so the backwards compatibility would come in handy.

Well, £25 first. Thing is though, i've already got an XBOX. This new one's getting modded.
