Yes, another "Help me identify this game!!" thread

Okay, Don't know where to start, but I must know the name of this game to re-hinder my childhood memories. (Sorry to hear the loss of yours, FatCobra)

Okay, anyways, this game was on the NES. The main character was a boy with 3 eyes with a blue suit, and you fire out of his third eye, and when you hold the fire button, you release some kind of javelin thingie so you can jump higher with.

..that's pretty much all I know so far.

The JPN version is called Mitsume Gatooru.

I played this as a kid too- the pirated cart called it "3 Eyes Boy" and I had trouble finding it until I spotted screenshots on vgmuseum.com.
