Espgaluda
Thunder Force VI
Psyvariar complete
Psyvariar 2 Ultimate

Any other suggestions would be great, but I just have to track them down online. (I already found the above)

(Bought a 40 gig harddrive, and I have the ps2 network adapter... but cant seem to find it. I just found a few on kijiji, so hopefully I will have one by tonight)

and if you cant find the gear to do the memory card exploit, most of these guys all have modded ps2's so they could transfer the files onto the card for ya im sure

EDIT: I think what I can do is use your modded ps2 to boot the disk that I made, then ill just pop my memory card in to transfer the files needed to the memory card from the usb stick. (Im not entirely sure what I am talking about here)
