My astros were working fine before the winter. Now one of them has a "warming up" problem.
The screen is horizontal at the moment on the problematic cabinet. When first warming up the very top edge of the screen (1-1.5") looks like its rolling. Like a polling pin effect. I can hear an electric sound coming from the PCB bay area like 2 wires are crossing.. The sound happens every 2 seconds for the first 2 minutes, then it gradually slows down to the point where it no longer does it. Within 5 minutes the monitor goes back to normal and everything is great again.
Is this something I should be worried about? Is it because the monitor is starting up cold in the winter? I don't have problems with any of the other cabs. It has been freezing lately. I've put a blanket over the cabinet to keep it somewhat protected from the cold.
I hoping its a cap problem or a condensation problem. Thanks for any help.

Re: New astro city monitor issue
Thanks, perhaps i'll wait till the weather is warmer to turn on my cabs. Or buy a garage door that is insulated at least.
