Sorry it is too late, but you didn't get an answer because there is only one place, Chinatown Fair, but that's a fighting game and music competitive place, so not much shmups.

They have Raiden Fighters, Giga Wing, the real classics like galaga, and... That's it. They had more, but they aren't popular there.

I told them to get a multi machine many times with MAME or something, but they won't listen.
