Hey everyone,

I'm going to be in London on the 25-28th of February, I haven't really got anything planned for my time there yet, so I'd like to make that weekend a meet weekend.
It feels like forever since I've been down there too, it'd be nice to catch up with everyone, and beat lots of games.

See you in Feb Smraedis.

Skykid - I found the BIOS folder in Mame and refreshed it with F5 and audited all games, making sure that the neo geo.zip and zed blade.zip were already in my Mame Roms folder (both unextracted as advised) and STILL the game does not run, saying files are missing

Hey stranger.

I should be in Wednesday unless a certain friend outside of forum world needs me as he's had a little bit of a personal crisis.

Hopefully I'll see you Wednesday though. It would be good to catch up. We're all playing Zed Blade right now, as it's in the former Progear cab (were you about when we first started playing it?). It's a great/weird hori I think you'll like.

So not long after refreshing my BIOS folder in Mame my PC blew up. I didn't even have time to chuck it out the window.
I took the PC to my work's IT support company for fixing and got it back today. I asked what was wrong with it? & the guy said "It was something to do with your BIOS going loopy."
.... :|
Day 7 Zed Blade Mame Marathon attempt continues ever

Hmm, wish I could just see you and fix it all. You seem to be having too much bad luck there with it.

I didn't make it down Thursday as Mrs spadgy was back, but it was great to see CHI and m0nks on Wednesday.

While I didn't quite beat my Zed Blade score, finally seeing CHI's milking style was amazing. My heart is set on beating 3m next, if I can just mimic CHI's stage 1 run and some of his later milking tricks.

monks - hows Mushi then? You like?

Had a great night at Casino with just CHI, last night. Where were you all? A new Zed Blade score for me, and a nice Level Seven run for CHI. I'll update the scoreboard later today.

So what will we put in after DDFK? Goes. I hope that's there a while yet. I wish I could afford to buy us a cutting edge new PCB. Maybe we can pillage Skykid's collection this time...

I don't play WoW Mr spadgy. I argue about it with Taylor on NeoEmpire. He defends - I accuse.

Its day 16 of my Zed Blade Mame attempt marathon and I still haven't got it to work. I'll install the Mame from CHI and give it another go...

I should be making an appearance at Casino on Wednesday night possibly Tuesday as well but it depends on how much Uni work I get done through the day

btw WoW is for pussys. Eve Online is the MMO for real men!

Glad to hear it! Of course I don't mind what games people choose to enjoy in terms of genre, but MMO's bemuse me completely. I just can't imagine where'd I'd even start with beginning to play one.

I'm not pro-WoW, I just don't agree with the reasons people were hating on it :)

Not sure when I'll be down next. I've no plans on taking DFK out until I get myself a cabinet or you guys ask me to take it (I know Chi, DEL and m0nks don't play it.).
