Anyone have a Japanese or Asian 360 HDD transfer kit?

I just bought a 250GB HDD to replace my 120GB HDD. I borrowed the latest transfer kit from someone in the UK, but the disc is region locked (I have a JPN 360). Is there anyone in Japan or Asia who could kindly loan me their transfer kit (preferably the latest version)? I will of course pay postage both ways.

Oh no, I just ordered a 120g HDD and a Transfer Kit (will be PAL of course)

Yep, the transfer discs are region locked.

Well, I can take the two HDDs to a friend and copy them on his PAL machine, right?

Yeah, I was thinking about that. In theory it should work fine, because the transfer kit does not transfer the digital rights for the content (you have to do that using the online DRM tool). So all the copied content should still be locked to the console it was originally downloaded on.
