All Clear

This is something I've been wondering about for, oh the last few minutes. Does anybody know which shooter (or indeed game) was first to incorporate the term "All" as a fixture for a cleared game on a high score table? The knowledge that this will bring will help me sleep tonight...

Data East's Karate Champ may have been one of the first. The game looped after one got to the Champ level (so that level and every level afterwards would also show as "CMP"), also the initials board would also show CMP for the player that made it to that Champ level.

Another possibility might have been Taito's Arkanoid. Beating the last Doh level definitely resulted in the initial screen showing ALL for the player's initials.
