I had two glasses of Smuttynose Barleywine from '04 (on draft, no less) and it was amazing. Tasted like liquid raisins and gave me a pretty heavy buzz.

I´m drunk the first time after some months without alcohol (well some single beers, but nothing to get me drunk). Tried some shooting game just for fun, but that didn´t make real sense. So currently just listening to Waltari which is even more fun than normal.

They had this on tap at a bar when I was back in PA over Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I was the driver when we were out so I couldn't drink much, and I wound up going with a Pliny the Elder and a Southern Tier Mokah. In retrospect, I should have gone with Sublimely Self Righteous, Mokah was pretty disappointing. On the plus side, I had a chance to try Lost Abbey Angel's Share a few days prior and it was $12 worth of awesome.

It was two bars. The one with Pliny had a big list but didn't actually have a lot of their beers. The Bookstore, on the other hand, has their beer list on the internet and has everything. I'm definitely going back next time I'm down.

Ah, tonight it's a really solid buzz off of a fifth of Sailor Jerry's Navy Rum. Woot @ 92 proof rum...tasty too! Watching Supernatural, surfing the net, and chatting with some buds on the phone about gaming and politics and conspiracy theories! And the wife is asleep instead of giving me crap for getting loaded!
