well, it seems to be a Manga for Cool Cool Toon and Cool Cool Jam. I didn´t know about CCJ either, is that a sequel? If so, for which platform was it released?

cool cool jam was on the ngpc. as far as i understand (i haven't played it) it is a rhythm game focusing around instruments, not dancing as in CCT. also, there is a connectivity portal with CCT. i'm not sure what the extent of this is though. i think in the approx 4 years i have known about it i have seen one copy on the "english" internet.

edit: for your pleasure. i should note these are the first screenshots i have ever seen of the game.

also there seem to be copies for sale on Price Minister. given the language, which is french, i am assuming the site is french. 24, 8 Euros, so about $30. and damn play-asias are going for $50!
