Could someone help me out with Ebay?

Post by jp »

I'm trying to sell my copy of Sapphire (mint/complete/not a bootleg), but I'm having a bitch of a time doing it on forums (digitpress, here, neo-geo... I doubt it would sell at IGN, in fact, I doubt anyone there knows what it is  )

At any rate, I figured I'd just throw it up on Ebay and let it go from there. My problem is that my debit card (my only "card") recently had fraudulent charges on it so I had it canceled and now I'm waiting on a new one. But... I need to sell Sapphire before my new card will even get to me... so...

I'll PayPal whoever the money to pay for any fees. And I'll also email you pictures of the game tonight to go along with the listing.

Until then... I'll just keep looking for an alternative way to do this. *sigh*

You can pay eBay fees by PayPal.
Be attitude for gains:
1) Be praying...
2) Be praying...
3) Be praying...

And a shameless plug for the stuff I'm selling on eBay, if you're into that sort of thing.

But EBay needs a "card" of some sort to setup a "Seller's Account", which I do not, and will not, have for a week or so.

Thanks Speci!

Yes, I'm going to take pictures of the Arcade Card Duo, the planet on the back, and the other item that proves it is legit. As well as pics of the disc, obi, reg. card, etc.

I'll PM you the pics tomorrow evening. :)

Obviously. Hopefully that doesn't fuck up my auction, as I need that $350-500.

Yeah, especially that "second print run" crap. Anyone who knows as of why sapphire is usually that expensive should be able to see that cheap game is a bootleg.

BTW I also have a second print run of Dracula X that happened to be printed on CDRs since Konami needed to save money. Yours for 30 dollars.

I realize this is kinda floating off topic, but...

The only really questionable piece of merchandise that I've heard legit from TG16 games is black & white manuals for a few of the very last games. Apparently they were down to virtually nothing near the end, and so a few Dungeon Explorer 2 games (and perhaps one or two others) got sent out with black & white photocopied manuals. I've never seen one, but I purchased DE 2 a while back with a color manual and the seller was very careful in explaining to me that the copy I was purchasing had a color manual. Anyone know if this story is true? Or did someone just get ahold of a game with no manual, photocopied one, and started lying?
