Just got another kitteh. > so the first kitty i got is not alone anymore.
...unfortunately they seem to hate each other right now.
but from what i understand that's normal in the beginning.
here's for hoping it gets better soon.
pics to follow once they get along.

A lovely 29" Sony PVM monitor, that makes my 2D games look lovely. I love this beauty!

It looks like a bad guy's TV, or one a kid in an eighties movie would buy if they stole a parent's credit card!

It weighs a ton, but with the big metal fram it's all kinds of lovely for tat'ing.
And I just got me a pair of these Where The Wild Things Are Lakai trainers. I went for the MJ3s...

Sometimes if you go to one of those military surplus auctions, you can find choice Sony PVM RGB monitors for pennies on the dollar. They're great for usage with Superguns and the like. ^_~

Today I went to the customs to pick a gigantasstic pack of doujin and commercial crap.
12 PC games and 9 albums.

Ray Crisis, G-Darius+Ray Storm, Söldner X LE (awesome presentation), Cloudphobia, Hellsinker, Banshiryu, exception, Kamui (fucking finally I could find it), Toki No Akuma (a plataformer by the creator of Diadra Empty that uses a Gradius-like power up system, quite neat), Touhou Hisoutenko 12.3 and Touhou Mystical Chain (everyone seems to go gaga for this one so I just jumped the bandwagon).

Just a bunch of Touhou-lol arranges (mostly solo piano and orchestral), a Macross Frontier single, and a Hellsinker arrange album.

NOW REACHES THE FATAL ATTRACTION BE DESCRIBED AS "HELLSINKER". DECIDE DESTINATION.

Positron/Squaresoft's joint collaborative effort of iS: internal section really makes cool use of the Dual Shock's vibration effects. Through heavy experimention (and lots of trial and error), a master iS player will find out that only six weapons out of the given twelve are needed to 1CC a serious session indeed. Find out which are the perfect ones for a given stage and/or mid-stage/end-stage bosses! The mini puzzlers are quite clever as well.
The youtube replays of iS don't show how silky smooth the framerate of how it really is -- running at 480i at 60fps. Even the complimentary palette of colors gel together quite well that's easy on the eyes. Even the ending credits of iS are interactive. Welcome to the devil's kaleidelscope...
The only other PSX game title to make good use of Dual Shock rumble effects was none other than Irem's R-Type Delta.
Internal Section would make for a great game jazzed up in a widescreen presentation running at 1080p game with an arcade-spec 60fps if the current SquareEnix conglomerate were to get off their lazy asses and do so.

Found decent, complete copies of Shining Force 1 & 2 for good prices. I'm not sure what happens when the battery fails, so I'll probably play the 360 and GBA versions instead. It's cool, though, to have the manuals and box art, if nothing else.

You can just replace the batteries if they fail.professor ganson wrote:Found decent, complete copies of Shining Force 1 & 2 for good prices. Having a cat is okay. It's just when you get a second cat so your cat has a friend, then you get another cat so they can have a posse, then you just say fuck it and start bringing in stray cats, stealing them from your neighbours, robbing pet stores etc, and soon your apartment is full, floor to ceiling, with cats. Now you're posting pictures of them on the Internet, making them facebook profiles and telling your friends about the time fluffy fought with peanut and it was sooooooo funny. Actually, let me just show you one of many videos I put up on Youtube of them.

I saw her waiting all alone and they were going to have her destroyed. They only wanted 3 dollars so I picked her up and gave her a good home. Still trying to get all the extra food and hair off her.
She makes quite a lot of noise but I hate ones that do not give any feedback to their owners. This is the current trend among owners. I bought her because she made a lot of happy noises even though she is still old.

Mine's an '89. Much love for the Model M. Can't beat your price though, absolute score.Pixel_Outlaw wrote:I saw her waiting all alone and they were going to have her destroyed. That picture of the cat on the Astro City is adorable.
Anyway, a few RGB cables, one for SMS another for Genesis, another for my MSX. I had to remove the resistors but finally got a really nice picture on my XM29. As usual pictures don't do it enough justice, but what the hey.

Really glad I went the RGB route.
