2.1 billion video is not release on Otaba. Otaba is similar to facebook or mixi system, is a blog with other friends, I not found photo or video.

The only way is ask to BGR with mixi or youtube PM

EDIT: If he hasn't released the video on Otaba yet, why does his website say "11.8/Otabaで大往生21億動画公開" ? Maybe it's only available for friends? I'm not familiar with Otaba...
