Righty, all we need to figure out is a date and time everyone can make it. The obvious ones are out of the question, and I'm not sure of Casino opening times. My lot have a funny eastern european habit of opening presents on xmas eve too, so I'd only be good that day until about 7pm.

When do you all think is a good time?

With a flyer like that, how could anyone not want to go. I'm thinking about spending enough money for a DFK board just to make it there.

It's a busy time of year right up against Christmas (though it would be nice to make it close enough to the big today for there to be a bit of atmosphere in London), so how about mid-December as a starting point?

Well for full atmospheric atmosphere, probably before xmas would make sense. While everyone is bustling about shopping, we can chill with a hot cup of coffee and a bout of Daiffukatsu.

To be honest, I'm intending not to be one of those mad xmas eve shoppers, although without fail I find myself doing last minute stocking fillers every year.

Hmm, there always seems to be a very boring period of nothingness between Christmas Day and Boxing Day where everything is shut. I could spend a while in Casino on one of those days. Available dates are of course the 26th and 27th.
Anyone interested in that? If so could someone check with Casino to find out if they're actually open, and if good old London transport is running then too?

I'm in London Mon-Thurs for at least the next 3 months. If it's on one of those days, then count me in.

I'm also about for the weekend 12/13 December as some of the Arcade Otaku folks are meeting up.

I'll need to nip over to Casino this week at some point.

Actually, I'll be working all the way up to Christmas Eve, so any time before Christmas is fine. 20th included!
