Ok, let's call it near-instant, but announced before the retail release ;) Better ?
Make sure you have at least 1200 Live! points for it. That's what the MBL DLC went for.

I currently do, so just to understand it correctly. There will be a soon after the retail date to be released DLC similar to DS's MBL download, yes ?

DSMBL was announced at 1400 points (the same as the smaller retail point card denomination) but was reduced to 1200MSP before it was released.

I'm not sure that Futari Black Label DLC is going to be available for a little while, though...

Probably since I am getting it shipped USPS.

Ok scratch that, in Asada's latest blog (you're slipping, Momiji :P) he thinks the Black Label DLC is pretty much done and will be ready for release by the end of the year.

Haha, sorry!

As soon as I saw this thread, I remembered that I should go check. Seeing this thread at the top of the page reminds me to look, and it hasn't been posted in for a while. No reminder, and I forget to check. Keep the posts coming in, and I'll remember more! :P

But yep, this is good news, and I'm still really excited. :o

EDIT: Well, since you reminded me :P

More and more

Sale of the insect princess cover [ri] got near more and more.
That you think whether it can complete also the job of the black label almost, can transmit within year.

The following title, waiting immediately with run, it is [ru] state, but because it is the schedule which celebrates [keibu] in December, as in the opportunity the last time gone with the nook of the meeting place, to be, round table talk like, it should have been possible as the ~ thinks.

The time, in regard to the case which everyone waits long the kana which good report does? With you think.

Well tomorrow becomes the [onrainkeibu] celebration.
In the form which makes the demand reflect which we receive in the round table talk, the sale server it strengthened.
After the strengthening you think that it becomes first attempt, the various parts still is you think, but directing in improvement, it becomes, if the first step it is good, that is.

Next week Inoue 淳 哉 with meeting after a long time, it previously arranges, receives little collection of data and/or with going out becomes many, but it does not change and perseveres with all the power pitches and increases!

I wonder if the ver 1.01 DLC will be available right away, since the game comes with the DLC card.

Also, I still wanna see some higher-res cover art!

Anyone have any experiences with NCSX shipping? Are their time estimates usually accurate? I selected the 5-10 business day USPS option, but I live in Canada.

From my experience, the estimates are fine. Sometimes the packages arrive even faster. :)
I've ordered many times from them and it's always been OK [I'm in Brazil ].

Their estimates are good, though when ordering anything overseas, sometimes there are unexpected delays.

It's not on the Asadablog, but here's a little something I woke up to this morning on MSN:
<\\\] says (6:04 AM):
-signed in to JP Xbox Live lately?
<\\\] says (6:05 AM):
-they have a feature on MushiFutari with Makoto Asada sitting there with them
-he's wearing that Reco shirt and has a bunch of other little swag pieces with him
<\\\] says (6:07 AM):
-the whole thing is about 10 minutes
<\\\] says (6:08 AM):
-he plays it in front of them pretty effectively with just the 360 controller
<\\\] says (6:09 AM):
-in Ultra mode
<\\\] says (6:14 AM):
-they're arranging something the weekend after the game comes out, 'PLAYxPLAY' for the game, something involving facebook and twitter too
- i looked away whenthey mentioned it, but caught it out of the corner of my eye
-i think the PLAYxPLAY thing is like the US's 'community playdates', where they try and get a bunch of people to play the same game online to increase chances of playing other humans

Play x Play is when Rolling Uchizawa gets to instruct the scrub girl next to him how to play a random game every two weeks or so. I'm usually entertained by it.

Thanks for the heads up on the Asada interview.

It probably wasn't up this morning, but he put up a fairly long post today that briefly mentioned his appearance on Inside XBox. Also things about: release date for ESPGaluda II Black Label being revealed in the next Famitsu, Futari v1.5-related event at Messe Sanoh Akihabara on 11/23, Winter Cave Festival on the 5th floor of HEY Akihabara on 12/27, not really saying much of substance about MBL 1.1 except that the game itself is finished, and Guwange development proceeding but trying to decide the best way to release Guwange (like on the PC via "steem" (sic)) if XBLA release or certification becomes problematic.

Well I'll be.

The Babelfish'd blog entry, for those interested:
2009 November 17th (fire)
Varieties

[onrainkeibu] you celebrate and being similar, to purchase first gratitude and the server immediately after the starting the connection [zu] and others applying to everyone whom and/or it receives with we applying inconvenience, you do not inhale.
Directing in further improvement, because you took action, in order after the next time to be able to improve, we would like to keep advancing.

Recently, this time where it is many to be able to make think the varieties, is, but being the varieties difficult, shank…
First making the project complete which by his has taken charge, ahead this it is we would like to think, (laughing)
Writing, week to open on the [ru] middle, because the call of nighttime, came from the senior of the original colleague early, when it renews, that you think [chi] [yo] [tsu] saddle preachment whether it probably will go to extent, (wry smile)

Several collecting, please can point to the news.

Several degrees you announced, but. Now [huami] of end of the month sale Xbox being similar, [esupugaruda]ⅡYou announce the sale day of BL.

They are 11/23 days, but Akihabara [metsusesano] being similar, because it does the preceding experience meeting “of insect princess cover [ri] Ver1.5”, please cross over by all means.
The day midway, to close work, being able to utilize to the locale me, because you try to receive we ask may.

It is to be notiified already, but at 12/27 day Akihabara HEY 5F it became to do the [keibu] celebrating winter.
If it is possible, because it is valuable time, because we have made my myself pleasure, you can attend everyone of the user and direct exchange, you think.

It is [desusumairuzu] MBLVer1.1, but already it completes the production of the game itself.
After there being variety restrictions, it is about whether or not to be able to install the training MBL.
Because it is the shape which keeps stuffing job piece by piece at the hand empty time, when concrete time becomes clear
We would like us to inform.

It is progress of the [gu] cup [ge], but it becomes release of some shape, it is undecided, but it is advancing development itself.
We would like to do with XboxLive with you think in regard to this, but when there is difficult, there is also the sale with PC making use of steem and the like and thinks as kana.
With respect to standpoint, it becomes the first priority to guarantee the sale, as I myself but with the meaning which receives Sawayama's request, it is advancing the fact that release it does to world as the most priority.
When certification is difficult, being expected the development with of Xbox, 360 there is no excuse in [ru] one, but that it is important, because it has designated the [tsu] [te] thing which can be delivered to everyone, as prerequisite if you can pardon, you think.

You performed to inside Xbox.
Dyeing to the color of the hair of [reko], it is performed, (laughing)
Now color is changed, but if you can laugh, it is fortunate, (laughing)

Then, every we ask may.

edit: nevermind, I'm too slow for the hawk-eyes here :P

Are they really tinkering the idea of finally releasing for PC even if it's through Steam? With the sheer amount of doujin shooters (and the amount of Cave-inspired stuff, look at Patriot Dark, Stella Vanity the upcoming Crimzon Clover -which pretty much looks like another violent Ketsui but with lock-on guided laser missiles-, Marsh, x.x stuff and more... yes, including Toehoe) it would be nice to see them there too. I'm not sure it might happen soon but hope it'll eventually happen.

Heck, I'm already foreseeing the 'Steem' community reviews: "This game is very hard shooting game. Please don't play it. It's not L4D. It's not Team Fortress 2. 3.5/10 =("

edit2: Sorry I forgot the most obvious review: "This Cave game is another clone of the Touhou genre. BAD!"

29, huh.. I think Daioujou was given a 35, and Death Smiles and Shooting Love 200X both received the same score.

Still nothing to go by.

I actually havent read any of their reviews (need to learn more Japanese), but I imagine it's a lot like game publications here. So what subgenre do they jack off about and give automatic 10's over there? FFX-type JRPGs?

Yeah, FFX is massively overrated. Anything S-E, FF, DQ, instant high score.

They gave bayonetta 10's...... but I was pleased about that.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?
