Have Microsoft kicked JP accounts?

Post by Skykid »

I went on to my JP profile on my 360 today to do a bit of demo browsing, and it says my 'windows ID is no longer valid'. It's requiring me to register a new windows ID.

Not quite sure what's going on, but it seemed to happen straight after an update (although I haven't checked on that profile in a good while.)

Anyone else experience this?

I do get logged out quite extensively from Live! but my worst fear is to not being able to get the BL when Futari is unleashed upon us due to some new world order policy of MS bullshit.

I had exactly the same thing, but don't worry, it can be fixed easily.

Ah right, thanks mate. I also put .co.jp (that's what I thought I signed up with?).

Problem is I can't remember my JP windows ID!

Is it stored somewhere on xbox live?

Cheers Rupe.

You don't need to know the Windows Live ID (that will be re-assigned anyway) but you do need the email address and password. Definitely a good idea to write that kind of stuff down. If you haven't already bought stuff on that account then you could just make a new one I suppose.

The moral of the story is: Put your email and password under the welcome mat.

Yes, I've made some little notes this time around. :)
