I've been playing a lot of Raiden Fighters Jet the last couple of days. Wonderful game, but I think it's gotten to my head. I was about to fry two eggs for lunch today when my brain quite literary forced me to break both the eggs at the same time to get a "DESTROYED AT A TIME!"

I laughed at this, nice going sir.

Absurd dedication to shmups = holding out hope after 6 years and counting that someday I'm going to be able to play X68000 shooters right. But at least in that time I discovered that I enjoy shmups, making my purchase of those systems not a definite waste after all

Also, I think the sheer amount of golds I have dropped on the hobby auto-qualify for absurd dedication. I spend a lot of time with the hobby, but if I had to work for minimum wage to buy the things I have...I'm not sure which I would have spent more time doing, lol.
