They Naomi version is the arcade version. It runs off of the Naomi hardware.

6 stages, 2 loops.

I'm not sure what your final question means.
Gems buy weapons and power-ups, like in Gradius. Grindstormer is the version without money.
If you want a strategy for the money, I suggest getting the missile weapon, then increasing power.

thanks for your reply
I see there is gems (items) that we can collect
after that if we push 2nd button the weapon increase
but I dont know what is the difference between those gems and the money

infinite loops does mean that then we finish the game after first loop there is a second and a third etc... ?
but there is a limit,, not ?

p.s. i see on youtube there is 7/7
pls see the videos on the right of jblx3
you can see some like 2/7 - 3/7 etc. until 7/7
thats' why i was thinking there is perhaps 7 stages

@OP - I've merged all of your recent one-sentence question topics into a single thread - in the future, if you're going to ask similar questions in rapid succession, please edit the topic title of the original post if necessary, and keep them all in one place.

As to Shiki II, I haven't played the Naomi version, but I believe that all of the ports are simultaneous 2P, so presumably the arcade original is as well.

No limit.

jblx3's 6/7 and 7/7 videos both show stage 6-- he died on the last boss in part 6 and spends part 7 attempting to beat it to clear the first loop.

In trying to understand your original post, I think I made the situation more complicated. Kindly disregard what I said concerning money.

Did this really deserve its own thread? Anyway, there's very little information about BB anywhere, since MAME can't run it playable yet and the PCB is super-rare. The most you'll find in English is here.

Maybe we should adopt "shootingames" as an alternate abbreviation from "shmups".

EDIT: Thanks BM.

To reiterate: if you're going to make one-sentence inquiries like this, please limit them to a single thread.

he's austrian, and quite an avid home arcade hobbyist; but english isn't his strong point, so cut him some slack :)

those infos are very usefull for me
yes mame is usefull to but to much time to past on each game for watch every available stages etc...
if they will be an invincibility code there will be easier for sure
so, thanks for your comprehention
p.s this type of thread will be usefull for other members to perhaps
but yes you are right only one concentrate thtread it's better for this type of basic infos

so, if there is an interest for it for other members I will ask my next question about
mahou daisakusen
unfortunately on world of arcade there is no answer to those type of questions

6 stages, 2 loops. Last stage is a mess of bosses previously not seen in the game except for improved versions of one or two iirc, and I think that's Bashinet (the boss of stage 4, pops up in other places besides)

Second loop gets harder if you "score" well in the first loop (picking up excess powerups), but still doable; this isn't a Yagawa game

If the game is in MAME, try looking it up at MAWS. The pages for most shooting games will list the number of levels. According to MAWS, Blaze On has 5 levels and Brave Blade has 7.
