what was the service like?

Shit. They lost my order (vic viper kit). Failed to track it, 6 months after I left the UK they finally said it was ready for pick up back in sheffield somewhere. Never offered me a refund.
The biggest unanswered question is where is the money? [1CCS]

I've used them a bunch (5?) of times and they've been fine. Ships directly from Japan and always uses EMS.
