Here's the TGS video... I think people talked about it earlier but didn't link it?

So it's the exact same trailer as the PV. Not surprised.

So it's as fantastic as it looks. Now all that's left is to wait and see how much of a dent it's gonna put in my wallet. :/

Looks great. I love reading the comments on more mainstream gaming sites about games like this

Someone who works at the site I do went to TGS this year and tried it out.

He seemed to like it quite a bit. Said it played considerably smoother than he would imagined it to be.

Yay for internal development. :)

Great news, though I do feel a little bit annoyed that I got a J360, I guess at least I get to play deathsmiles.

The Standard Edition? :P

Either way, for anyone who doesn't absolutely hate Cave games, there is now officially no excuse not to get this, especially considering that Cave's specifically stated that how well this does will affect the possibility of sending anything else our way. Now's our chance, guys - let's not waste it.

That's fantastic news! Sorry for the dumbass question, but what would be the best way of ordering that demonstrates to Cave that you're an American fan?

This is quite a breakthrough, awesome news! I'll buy a japanese xbox360 anyway, but it's nice to know that CAVE finally accepts their oversea fans.

I told myself that if it was gonna be region-free, I'd support CAVE as much as I could and buy the Limited Edition. If it wasn't, I was gonna just get the standard and pinch my pennies for a Japanese 360. :P

But since CAVE is throwing us a bone here, I'm going all-out.

Same here. Since I'm technically getting the cave online shop version (with the faceplates and telecard) via someone, I don't feel like I'm directly supporting them. I'll order another copy through Play-Asia shortly.

If the faceplates and telecard are the Cave Online Shop version, what's in the normal Limited Edition version?

I was really interested in those faceplates. =<

From NeoGAF from a guy who is probably the article author:
Didn't put this in the post because it may be obvious, but Cave won't be doing anything as far as translating menus for Mushihime-sama Futari 360. But Cave fans should watch out for the rest of the interview, because it's full of good news.

Soundtrack and box. If it's the full soundtrack it's definitely worth it. Normal edition is just the game by itself.

Fuck yes! Now I can threaten my 360-owner friend so we can get Sushihime-sama Futanari! wwwwwwwwwww!!!!! Fuck, I could even try to get a standard 360 myself at this rate... Absolutely considering preordering now.

But, yes, excellent news and it could actually mean KETUI might also be region free? (you know you want it) That would be full house.

Now, let's see if the sudden increase in sales motivates Cave enough to feed us, filthy gaijin, with some shooting game action.

Doesn't look like we'll be able to get the faceplates as easily as Elixir is. :P

As for the limited edition, it's on Play-Asia, but the preorder for it isn't open yet.

I'm totally pleased with the soundtrack though, even moreso than I would be with the faceplates. I think the cherry on top would be if it came with a figure like the PS2 Mushihimesama LE did that I missed out on, but I guess that's not the case.

Oh well, I'm still thrilled either way.

I can't convey how fucking ecstatic I am because of this news.

I really hope this works out. I really want to see Galuda 2 region free as well.

Pre-ordering now.

EDIT: I'm going to wait for the limited edition pre-orders to open.

That LE cost me $150 USD shipped and I had to pay in advance. I don't exactly call that "easy", but I am glad that I was able to secure one so early.

I think originals said he can get them for others, $130 each.
