Help - Battle Garegga CD Wallet??

I have a copy of Battle Garegga on the Saturn, but with the game came a Battle Garegga Embosed/Printed logo/title CD holder/wallet..

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this, does anyone have this CD holder and/or how it came to be bundled with the game?

This was the preorder bonus for the Saturn release. It's very rare, I only recall one ebay auction and one Japanese auction where it was included.

I thought it was overkill, needing a CD wallet to protect Garegga from being damaged by the user.

Then I realized it was to protect the user from being damaged by Garegga.
