Any decent shmups on Steam?
Hey all, what's the shmup selection like on Steam? Putting together a couple cabs, and each is gonna have net access, so I figured I'd stock up on a few interesting joystick-friendly titles if they're available on the platform...

Everyday Shooter and Geometry Wars. That's it as far as I can tell, and I've been using Steam for many years now and have frequently scoured it for shmups. Both of those are twin-stick shmups though, so maybe not too friendly for a cab? Depends on your setup I guess

Yeah, they're all twinstick piles of trash that aren't really notable in any way. Even the port of GeoWars is rather lackluster...

Direct2drive has a bunch of astroport shmups for $10 a game. They also have Acceleration of Suguri.
