Agreed SF4 rules, I love the 360 version, Happy to challenge anyone here on the xbox version. (Except maybe Rupert H, I get the feeling hes really good based on his achievements for challenge mode)

Don't know about balance, Guile and Sagat are monsters, Zangiefs can be a pain aswell.

I dunno what you mean by the rule Britannia reference, the only people i know who are like that died out in the late 80s or are hellz old, too old to understand what an internet is.
