how to get fullscreen mode on Exceed 2nd - Vampire Rex?

Hey guys anyone know how to get in fullscreen for this awesome ikaruga clone?

Open up the config file and check the box that says "furusukuriin" in Elvish runes.

It's the one at the very top of the window, make sure there's a check next to it and full-screen ahoy.
