Is there a component->vga converter that can output 50HZ vga

Hello!

does anyone know of a component->vga converter that can output a 50hz vga signal if it detects a 50hz input?
What I am really looking is a device that can take the 576i/50hz signal from my ps2/xbox1/gamecube (all are PAL) and can output a 50hz vga signal (and not a 60hz) so that there is vsync and motion is smooth as it should be.
I have a vbox hd-360 right now , but it does not care of the input HZ, it only outputs 60hz , and makes motion jerky for those 50hz games...

all the home theater processors out there. If you watch out for an older one, like the DVDO iScan Pro (Component to VGA), they're less than $100 at the moment. They will keep the source's refresh rate and pass it through to the VGA output.

I have an iScan Pro I bought years ago and never really used. I'm not even sure how much they sell for now

they do lag. About the same delay as the box you tested.
