I was actually thinking of coming down to London again sometime shortly, but only if I could get somewhere to stay at.
Time for a minimeet perhaps, for MBL's arrival? And Smraedis - if you can bare a night on a sofa or cushion covered floor, there's always my house. I know it's not the most glamorous offer, but it's there!

Yup, it'll be time for a minimeet. Before I draw my pension.

A minimeet would make sense
Oh I'd be fine with staying on your sofa
though I'd have to know the weekend dates as early as possible, so I can get my cheap travel tickets.
I think I'd have problems coming down on the weekends of 26/27 September and 3/4 October though.. any other weekends look fine, and any after those two weekends would be best.
And about beating the current records on the MBL, are they all really hard to beat or something?

EOJ is "quite good" at Cave stuff, put it that waySmraedis wrote:And about beating the current records on the MBL, are they all really hard to beat or something?
Btw, I won't be needing the board back until the end of September/very start of October (then it's due to go on to another lucky soul for a month - to spread the love) - gives well over a month of loli-shootin' action

Can we make sure DS:MBL is 50p for 1 credit or something? Progear's 3 credits for a £1 is already a painful wait and that off's most Casino folk on stage 2.

As a poor student, I'm quite happy with three credits for one pound. I will also have you know that on a good day I can get to level 4!

I'll be around latter half of September and possibly next weekend, and I'll definitely be dropping round to have a shot at MBL. I reckon I can knock off EOJ's scores for Windia, at least

Alright, everyone name a later September weekend, and I will get tickets for then. If it is one of the weekends that I don't want, I'll have to either come late friday or early saturday, and leave not too late on the sunday too.
Ravid, I think you can do it

Re: The Casino Arcade (London) Thread
A month to sort a meet? Oh er...
I'll have to see when I'm about. I'm at Bestival for the weekend of the 12th/13th, and I've got a mate's 30th but I can't remember when.
Also, Skykid marks - I am about this weekend, if you want to try and meet for the board install (is that what you were suggesting Skykid contact's me about DEL?). I'm out this evening, and likely getting up late.

If you want (and if everybody is cool with it) you can leave the board with me as I'm only ever five minutes away from Casino five days a week. I could pass it onto DEL at his earliest convenience.

Yes Rupert that would be great. Please contact Skykid if you can, about meeting and exchanging this weekend. Anyone can arrange the install into the Progear cab nowadays, as long as the Greek engineer is around. He's easy to talk to and knows all about the install arrangement I have with John the Boss.
Skykid - you could have it done on the spot, if the engineer is there.

Update; CHI is at the arcade now.
Right Now.
Skykid, look out for a Chinese guy wearing a swine fever mask and a 'Release The Pork Ever' T-Shirt.
UPDATE - CHI just texted me with "Skykid not there"

Re: The Casino Arcade (London) Thread
Any updates on MBL?
and for a meet, does 26/27 September sound good? I can do it, but would have to get there at some weird time, but that is the best I can do really, until mid October.

Smraedis -The update on Mega Black Label is that I'm meeting Skykid tonight and will hopefully grab the engineer immediately for the install.
CHI - Get down to the arcade tonight, if you're not doing a late shift that is.
Sm - 26/27 September might be ok, but remember we've only got a 1 month loan on MBL.

Re: The Casino Arcade (London) Thread
The start of October (like maybe the 6thish?) would be fine for returning the board - I've lent my vanilla DeathSmiles to the person it is going to next in the interim, so all is well
Sadly I'm tied up oop North on the weekend of the 27th/28th... maybe one day I'll get to a meet

Chi_Ryu - Your
. Cheers. Let us know the exact time you want it back on this thread.
Thanks to Skykid for bringing the board down!
I watched Mills do some Tatsujin Oh runs last night. More like an Ex-Demo than a Replay. Proper part-exchange bizness. The Stage 3 Boss arrived, raced up the screen and OFF'D Mills before it had fired the first shot
.
I'm not blaming Mills at all though. This game is just plain mean
